A Storming Universe, a spin-off company founded by Nepalese researcher Anuj Regmi with the support of the Research Center for Systems and Technologies (SYSTEC) at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP), and currently incubated at UPTEC – Science and Technology Park of U.Porto, has just secured funding of $750,000 to develop a drone system for the urgent distribution of medications and the transportation of blood in hard-to-reach areas, particularly in developing countries.
