The SYSTEC Summer School on “Estimating, Control, Optimization and Data Science – Applications to Cyber-Physical Systems in Robotics, Energy, Mobility, Production Systems and Health” is organized into face-to-face sessions with two components – academic part and practical research part:

The academic component will be for all students.
The practical research part in one of the areas of this course will only be mandatory for students who have a research grant.

The topics of each of the curricular units can be considered as a complementary continuation of the related topics normally taught in the first and second cycles of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Applied Mathematics and Informatics.
Furthermore, they are designed to induce the use of advanced concepts in a wide variety of socially relevant applications and thus their role will be to provide the tools to be used in the research component at both levels.

As in previous editions, we point out that the event starts in September 2022 (to be confirmed)
This information will be posted here, as soon as the agenda is defined.

The number of participants has restricted to max 30 applicants.

The organizers will provide a research initiation grant to selected candidates in order to support their participation in the Summer School, in accordance with the Foundation for Science and Technology Research Grant Regulations.

To be considered for sponsorship, please indicate your interest in your Summer School application.
